Dosiqo Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dosiqo app and of the website https://dosiqo.com. By using Dosiqo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Dosiqo is

Dosiqo is a tool to remind you of the medications and schedules you were given, and to keep a record of what you took. It works on your device, and you can also create an optional account to back up and sync your records and to share them with people you trust.

2. What Dosiqo is not

3. Reminders are not guaranteed

Reminders depend on your phone: its settings, battery saver, Do Not Disturb or silent mode, permissions you denied, software updates, and other factors outside our control can delay or stop a reminder. Keep notifications and alarms allowed for Dosiqo, check that your reminders are set as you intended, and do not rely on the app as your only way to remember a medication that is critical for your health.

4. Your account

5. Your content

The medications, schedules, notes, photos and other records you add are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show them to you, and to the people you choose to share with, in order to run the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing

You may share your records with someone you trust (a revocable invitation), or send a copy of a medication setup by link or QR code. Only share with people you trust, and ask them to confirm the information with their health professional. You can stop sharing at any time. A medication setup that you send is a one-time copy: once the other person has saved it, it is independent from yours. You are responsible for what you share and for who receives it.

7. Premium and subscriptions

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Dosiqo to break the law, to harm or harass others, to access another person's data without permission, to interfere with the service or its security, to copy or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to send content that you do not have the right to send.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

We work to keep Dosiqo available and working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other people at risk. You can stop using the app at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dosiqo is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, missed or late reminders, or decisions about your health taken based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be waived, nor liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Third-party services

Dosiqo relies on third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Supabase, RevenueCat and Cloudflare. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they provide.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection rights of the place where you live. Any dispute will be handled by the courts competent under the applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When the changes are important, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Dosiqo after the update, you accept the new Terms.
