Account and data deletion

Inside the app

Open Settings, tap Manage account and then Delete account and cloud data. This permanently removes your account, records, photos, sharing and subscription record from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Data on your device

Data stored on your device stays only there. To erase it, open Settings, then Privacy and data and Erase all data on this device, or uninstall the app.

No access to the app?

Email support@dosiqo.com from the address registered on the account asking for deletion. We will reply within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Premium subscription

The subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it in your device's store.
